I'm making a delicious Irish Stew for this evening (I am 25% Irish after all)

Just finished cutting up the leeks, cabbage and parsnips and now I'm going to run to the local butcher for some lamb.

Hey man, I really appreciate the apology. That was really gracious of you. I agree that just because we're of different social castes (with you being Irish and me being a pure-blooded Englishman) doesn't mean we can't treat each other with respect and dignity.

irish sausage, mashed potatoes, peas

usually do corned beef but it takes a while so a little simpler this year

was tasty
