Good morning. The president is on a call to Fox and Friends, literally yelling into the phone about Comey and admitting (!!!) that Michael Cohen represented him in “this Stormy Daniels thing.”
He has explained that he is making this call because it is his wife’s birthday.
He described Cohen as someone who he barely knew, and who only did minimal legal work for him, while his own lawyers are trying to claim that Cohen’s work for Trump was so extensive that all of his documents should fall under attorney-client privilege. He disintegrated his own Stormy defense. He admitted to staying overnight in Russia in 2013.
