just listened to this for the first time in forever - fun bassline but the rest of the music never finds much interesting to do with it except for the screaming alarm at the end and the harsh part in the second verse

guys, this song has the lyric "we're makin' love like the lizards". It isn't a good song.

yeah, I think there are quite a few songs on L-Bolt that have a lot of interesting things happening getting lost in the mix. Backspacer to a lesser extent (Force of Nature comes to mind -after the first verse)

Probably my favorite song on Lightning Bolt to be honest. But yeah the production is horrible. Sounds like it was low-quality MP3 except for the vox.

He actually did it a favor. Any live version illustrates just how bland the song is. There is nothing going on. by BoB mushing it all together and putting on some bells and whistles, it feels more energetic than it actually is. Same thing for Infallible.
So, in that regard, I think BoB did something worth a damn.
