Some of the wording here is a bit extreme, and I don't know the intent. But, if you're like me and have white, Baby Boomer parents (or older), there's a lot of truth in here.

If you think human progress has been driven by white work ethic and not the fact that almost all of humanity is innately curious and drawn to things like learning, making tools, and finding purpose outside one's self, you're probably not thinking very deeply. This reflects a deep ignorance of the actual history of some really important things like agriculture, mathematics and technology.
