Remember 15 years ago when Red Sox fan lamented New York’s bloated payroll and “buying championships”? Welcome to 2018, where those same fans no longer care about payrolls (Boston has the highest payroll with the Dodgers right behind at #2), just being entitled to winning the World Series. Sound familiar?

We stopped caring about payroll in 2004, not 2018.

Sorry, it’s not RM without some shade being thrown somewhere...

Enjoy the World Series and hopefully I will do the same next year.

Yeah I know this is what MLB wanted for ratings, but Milwaukee Houston would have been way more interesting
Tell me about it.

I didn’t watch a second of game 2. And baseball is my favorite sport. This series just doesn’t hold my interest.

I saw a headline today about the "Winners and Losers" of the game last night. Wasn't there just one winner?

Just a crushing loss last night / this morning. 3-4 chances to win it. Running into outs a few times, starting with JBJ very early in the game. Betts/Boegarts looking dismal. Eovaldi putting in the game of his life and getting the L. Cora consistently making the right matchup decisions again and the players' executions being spotty. Staying up for the game and now having to be a functioning member of society on 1.5 hours of sleep. The long and short of it is that they just need to win tonight and they are back in the driver's seat--just fucking get it done.

My kids got up during the 17th so passing out wasn't an option.
