Congrats, Boston. Hard to argue with the outcome of your season, which is saying a lot coming from this (still a little bummed) Houston fan.

Joe Mauer retiring: I was shocked to see that in 15 seasons he was only a 6-time all star

The Diamondbacks just gave away Paul Goldschmidt to St Louis.

The Diamondbacks are not a well run organization.

They got three prospects (including two very good one) and a draft pick for a player who was going to play one more non-competitive season for the team before leaving as a free agent. Seems like a decent move to me.
