At the in-laws’ and FiL is grilling steaks with baked potatoes. He likes his well done and has a tendency to overcook any temp below that. We’ll see how it goes.

Some one pot chicken and seasoning and beans and salsa and corn thing

Black eyed peas, fried zucchini, fried potatoes, salmon patties, onion, cornbread

And an extra Lipitor.

Big chuck roast in the crock pot with potatoes, carrots, cabbage, onions and a couple of jalapeños.

Indeed it does.

The other veggies and stuff in there sucked all the flavor from the jalapeños. Just bland soft nothings

Looking increasingly likely it will be ground turkey enchiladas and broccoli

Sliced up some potatoes, onions, and garlic. Tossed them in evoo, rosemary, paprika, s&p and roasted them in the oven for 20 minutes. Seasoned some chicken breast the same way, plopped them on top of the veg, splashed it with white wine and roasted another 20 minutes. Simple and delicious tray bake.

Pork chops, collards, maybe some stove top stuffing.

ribeye with a peppercorn mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes and some pan fried super buttery zucchini and a bottle of red

Shrimp and grits

Baked rocking and potatoes in a pan, covered in a lemon garlic mustard sauce situation. Got an unprompted 10/10 from the wife.

I crumbed some chicken tenderloins and made a slaw.

Fuckin' love tendies, man. I would make an outstanding neckbeard.
