I called them three days in a row asking for updates. The answer was always the same: "Your bags made it to Dublin airport. They now need to be processed and will be sent to you." Okay. When? "We don't know. You just have to wait." Can I go to the airport and pick them up myself? "No. You would just be wasting your time. Nobody will be able to help you at the airport. The bags are in process. Just wait."

After three days of this we finally lost our patience and went to the airport. We kicked up a minor fuss and prompted staff to go looking for them. The bags were just sitting there, in a huge warehouse with hundreds of others unclaimed, unprocessed bags. Nobody was looking for them. They were never going to be sent to me. We were able to retrieve them within minutes.
