Tried the reverse sear for the first time on these. Came out pretty well. Wish I had had the time to cure for a day or two before cooking, but no complaints.

Making beef rendang in our new Thermomix. Need a flavor cleanse after two days of Thanksgiving dinner and leftovers. We’ll see how this goes, only made mashed taters with it so far.
