Corned beef and cabbage will be tomorrow night as Mrs Wease is working some concert in Nashville tonight and won’t be home for supper.

Making a new recipe tonight I just made up. It's a shepherd's pie, but when you open the oven when it's done cooking, there's nothing in there. I call it the Irish Goodpie

I made a big batch of fried rice w chicken and pineapple.

Shrimp, bok choy and buckwheat noodles

broiling some sablefish in a light miso sauce and a side of mixed greens

beef bourguignon..making it tonight but eating it tomorrow..got a nice chunk of brisket to cut up and some beef broth from the butcher..

Mrs Wease is making homemade pizza

Went out and played 9 holes after work yesterday. Rolled over to a bar afterwards to finish up some work and have a beer or two. Bartender and I got to chatting and discovered we both lived about half a mile from each other in Seattle about 8-10 years ago, and we knew a lot of the same people from around the neighborhood. Next thing I know he's slinging me free drinks. I get a little toasty, go home, am hungry, decide to try and make a small bowl of cacio e pepe bc I had the ingredients on hand.

Awful. I named it cacio e poopoo.
