You might be onto something. My local bakery does a mean filled roll/hoagie with chargrilled satay chicken (cold) and it's so damn good.

My wife is dealing with some GERD type stuff so I omitted any chili from the sauce, so that was my theory why it sucked.

That sounds good, wish I would’ve read that before grocery shopping.

Either pasta with zucchini or Asian noodles or pan fried fish.

Or grilled ham and cheese sammiches, cuz the one I made for lunch really hit the spot.

I made the zucchini carbonara. Turned out alright, the wife enjoyed it. I’m just not a big zucchini fan, unless we’re talking bread.
