Fair points. Ask this guy to at least get a grasp on basic facts within the trilogy and at least a bare grasp of the story and we can then have a great conversation once he does.
I've proven I do have a grasp, though. You're not paying attention, just... angry for some reason.

These aren't luke, leia's, or Han's movies. Those already happened. They are there to serve the new characters of which many of you dont like. So i get the internal struggle here
i like Rey and Kylo. I dont need Luke to be the main guy of this new trilogy but i agree with tree that there was more room for him and his arc in this trilogy.

Think we’ll see Luke’s story and history explored in the Favreau series. It’s set after Jedi.
It’ll probably be one of many threads weaving through.

Can’t imagine why.

It’s explained three times in the film what went wrong for Luke.

Did you miss that part? Piss break? Three times?

It’s not completely new and unrelated movies. It’s the same saga, new episodes. Of course those characters are still vital. Anything else would be silly really.

Uhmmm... we've been over this...
Correct me if I'm wrong... it wasn't explained how Luke became the kind of person who would kill Ben in cold blood in his sleep. That's very un-Luke, from what we know of him.

I liked the potential of the new characters in TFA but they are treated so poorly in this movie. How does Rey even know how to swim? Almost everything is too easy for her. It seems her only real struggle is not knowing who her parents are. Finn rejoices at needlessly trashing a casino in which innocent people may have been harmed and slaves will probably be forced to clean up. He's too stupid to realize that. Poe is still kinda cool, I guess. We all know Rose is one of the worst characters of all time.
This makes you sound like a 14 year old. Come on. Stop.

Seriously? She lived her whole life in the desert. It'd be fun to see her struggling to figure out how to swim or struggling with anything else, for that matter.

She’s basically Wonder Woman / Superman. Anything can be expected.

It wasn’t explained how Ben went bad enough for his parents to ship him off to luke. It wasnt explained how Snoke got to him.

Yet. You’re goibg to see that all explained. Unless you give up and keep watching YouTube to tell you how to think being allergic to reason though, you’ll probably never find out.

Yeah it doesn’t mean what you think it means.

(I’m currently Laughing cow I know you called over to herself and asked what it might mean haha)

It’s basically a cocksucker as a person. Nothing to do with their sexuality.
See Deadwood for further info.
