Yedlin is going to Norwich on loan I heard. I agree right mid or wingback would be ideal for him as hes obviously a threat going forward with his speed but wont kill you on defense due to his experience as a right back.

Bobby wood also picked up by Stuttgart after his big international break. From third division side to potential first team minutes in the Bundesliga wasnt a bad week for him.

For playing a woman up all of the second half, the USWNT offense looked horrible last night.

They need better quality from the forwards, but the possession in the midfield and the quality of the passing has left a lot to be desired. They really need to possess the ball better in the midfield, and make more simple passes.

They should probably put Press up top instead of replacing Rapinoe against China and maybe let Wambach come in as a 2nd half sub somewhere.

I'd like to see what Press could do with Alex Morgan at Striker and I'd put Sydney Leroux in Rapinoe's role, I think Leroux is just as physical and delivers very quality services into the box.

Agree on all points. midfield is playing hero ball. Disappointing. Wambach is way off the pace of the game as well.

They are in the wrong formation from what I've seen. Wambach should be a late sub to get on the end of crosses and nothing more at this point.

I got tickets to the USMNT Gold Cup game in a few weeks. Anyone know anything fun to do in KC for me and my lady? Durden? We'll probably have all day Monday until the game and probably until Tuesday afternoon before we head back to the People's Republic of Illinois.
