Yeah but that's the execution, not the call. Seems a few people didn't know the play or weren't on the same page. But that could be on the coaches too. Just seems to me Brissett is the kind of guy who would make this kind of mistake. When I look into his eyes, he always appears to be recovering from a concussion.

I think Tua would have been injured at least 5 more times if he were out there the last two games. Brissett is a big tough dude.

The worst part of every loss is remembering that they traded next year's 1st for a WR.

Grant traded for 6th round pick in '23. Good riddance. Glad we got something for him. Every time I saw it coming his way I'd think he'd probably drop the ball somehow.

Meh. On the bright side now there's no excuse for Waddle to not be returning punts. I know that's what I'm looking for in a 6th overall pick.

Waddle will probably get injured doing that. Or he'll take over dropping duties anyway.
All my hopes for this season are looking more foolish each week. Remind me next time I'm hyped to just wait til they play a couple games.

I mean his fumble against Buffalo was probably why Grant had taken the job back.

I'm an idiot because I was at the beach on Sunday and left to go to a sports bar to watch the second half. This Sunday is probably the first time in my life I've ever decided that I don't want to watch a Dolphins game. I'll watch the abomination against the Jags the week after, but I have to draw the line somewhere.

I think back to so many off seasons of dumb hype. "We got Brandon Marshall (or Wallace, or any other amazing acquisition)! We'll be unstoppable now!" ... Just have to wait and see if they're utilized properly, or if the offensive line can block at all... It never turns out well. This is the first time I'm actually considering giving up on football for good. It's a pretty stupid sport, if you think about it, with all the concussions and what not. Yeah, I think I might be about done.

I'd defaulted to hopelessness for basically the entirety of the last decade. This is what I get for indulging in just a little hope this offseason.

I think he has two drops and a fumble on a punt return. But given the volume of (very short) passes that have been thrown his way, I wouldn't call that drop issues yet.

The issues are coaching/schematic. But what's worse is them blaming the problems on "execution". Not a good look.
