I respect your opinions in this area brah, but It's one of the worst executed good concepts I've ever seen. I disliked it quite a bit.

I don't know if the concept is that good in the first place.

It felt like a Black Mirror episode that had been scrapped for being too in your face obvious in its criticism of moderninity.

I loved everything about it. I don't really watch Black Mirror, though. Maybe if I was more familiar with it (only seen two episodes) I'd understand that criticism.

I guess I also didn't look at it as a critcism of moderninity, necessarily. There's certainly a lot that's on the nose about it, but as a satire, I think that's totally fine. It was all about the performances, the concept, and the visuals. I was emotionally invested from the first frame to the last. It was magical and strange and off kilter and I just wanted it to be 12 hours longer.

I saw it a million years ago. I remember it being scary but good. I need to watch it again.

It got me thinking about how amazing it would be if the Harry Potter movies had been made in the '80s. Now I don't know if I can ever watch them again because I'll just be thinking about how much better the '80s versions would have been.
