I got no idea for tonight.

So I ended up making a shrimp and scallop stir fry with bok choy, onion and, get this, cucumber. Someone at the grocery must’ve put one in with the zucchini and I didn’t notice. It didn’t have the little prickly things on it and it felt waxy like a zucchini. I didn’t notice until I cut into it and smelled it. It actually tasted pretty good in there.

I found a Chinese pork kit you just heat up in the oven, and thought I’d use it to make baos since the Asian grocery was next door to the regular, but they were all out of baos, so I didn’t make it tonight.
