I watched Gods of Egypt today while with the baby because it was on HDTGM this week. It was fucking eternal.

Right there, you can see how good he is...he is dressed as a fuckin hot dog, ya know? Gold.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

You'll need to throw your attention span out the window for that dull shit.Strat wrote:That sounds like i'll need my full attention spanlennytheweedwhacker wrote:le samouraiStrat wrote:I love him.

do you have anything particular in mind?durdencommatyler wrote:Olympics are over. I will watch a movie tonight!
Maybe. Probably. We'll see.
Have you seen any of the Divergent movies? I just figured he was playing himself in them. That's why when he was up for Reed Richards I thought it was either going to be the best thing ever - RR is a massive dickhole - or the worst thing ever if they tried to make him a good guy. Yeah.LoathedVermin72 wrote:He always comes off like a massive douche. But Jonah Hill and Bradley Cooper are great in it. Miles Teller was a wooden plank next to them.
i think the only other time i've seen him period was an interview on conan o'brien and he came off very douchey to me
Couldn't finish the movie, couldn't finish the episode. Both were terrible. I mean, as bad as the movie was there was no way they were going to make a decent episode out of it. And then it was for the wrong movie anyway! That was the funniest thing about the episode, honestly.Simple Torture wrote:I watched Gods of Egypt today while with the baby because it was on HDTGM this week. It was fucking eternal.
I generally agree. This movie was a flop for a lot of reasons (running time, audiences tired of CGI spectacle, a plot that was somehow simple and overly complex at the same time, no one for audiences to identify with or recognize, etc.), but it's mostly bad because it's just fucking boring. It's hard to have a compelling conversation about something like that.bune wrote:Couldn't finish the movie, couldn't finish the episode. Both were terrible.
