Started this last night. Watched first two episodes which seemed to be mostly set-up. Love Rudd, but so far, I’ve not found it very funny at all.

The ST comparison sticks not just for plot but also wide shots of random forest and cars driving. And the slowness makes me wish I was in that Netflix beta for variable speed, just to make it through these long scenes of people standing and staring.

I had to turn off the dub because it was fucking terrible, it's much better in German. Like at one point the subtitles had the character say 'bye' but the voice actor, supposedly an 'American' teenager, says "Cheers" to end the call.

So two episodes and the twist has happened.

Also the music is rad.

Eating plants = good, Eating Meat = you will slowly die as your body rejects what you're putting in it

What is your body rejecting, according to the doc? Saturated fats? Antibiotics? Stuff occurring naturally in animal protein, or stuff that's put in there from factory farming?
