My playlist tells the story of how these were the songs I most liked out of what was available.

In audacity do you just cut/paste each track into place onto 1 track? Also is sound degredation going to be an issue exporting as mp3 when they were mp3s to begin with?

I adore that song. It's high on my ranking list than most of the songs I actually chose. I just couldn't find a comfortable spot for it on my team. But I'm so happy somebody took it. It's such a lovely sentiment, even if it is a bit obvious.

It is a great cove. And if I was going to pick a cover it would have been Last Kiss or Sonic Reducer of LROM. But I have a thing against taking covers as long as original tunes are still available.

In audacity there are different tool buttons on the top that change what your mouse cursor does. One of them allows you to drag and drop different audio files within the session you have open. Open all the mp3s you're going to use and then drag and drop them into order. They can all be in one track or in separate tracks as long as they don't overlap each other. Once you have it all lined up you export it as one long mp3 file.

And yeah, an mp3 made from other mp3s will be doubly degraded but for this purpose that won't be a big deal.

Audacity won't let me take files from iTunes. So I'm not able to make a playlist. I'll post the order and let folks make it themselves if they want. Or better yet, folks can put my team in the order they like best. I don't really care.

Yep, works for me. Ccanad, see if you can access my file. It it works, then repeat these steps for your mp3 file and post it here and I'll check to see if it worked.

ok well just to give you some non spoilerish info about the song - it's easily the best song the band has ever written.its like dte mixed with immortality mixed with release mixed with insignificance mixed with grievance mixed with ed orgasming on your face. take that into account when voting. thanks :D

there is an option to convert itunes songs to mp3. Does that help?
