Stuverud is out IMO because when Jeff was asked recently about the drummer at Ohana he seemed kind of dismissive about the whole thing and whether the guy they'd chosen would even be on the stool for the long-term - I'm pretty sure he'd be stoked and more enthusiastic if his mate Richard had been selected. The two leading candidates for me now are Perkins and Abe.

Wilk auditioned with them in London. When they were mixing TEN overthere. They just flew him in.

Abe is a great drummer,. But he's been with Sir Paiul since forever. Also an in demand session guy. I just dont see that one happen. The only reason he's on Earthling with one song, is because he was Elton John drummer on his record. The other record done by Andrew Watt at the same time. And I have a feelng EV and EJ switched songs last minute. Since the E-ticket song on EJ's record has Eddie's band.
