A few personal favourites:

West Palm Beach 1
St Louis
Albuquerque

This is close to mine. You just reminded me too that I was supposed to go to the St. Louis show that tour and my ride fell through. Ugh.Birds in Hell wrote:A few personal favourites:

These are the best boots from 2000, imo:matt reeder wrote:This is close to mine. You just reminded me too that I was supposed to go to the St. Louis show that tour and my ride fell through. Ugh.Birds in Hell wrote:A few personal favourites:

Mine would be:
Prague

West Palm Beach I
Saratoga
St. Louis
But you pretty much can't go wrong. Even Sacramento, the shortest show of the tour, is one of my other favorites.
I love that Portland show so much. This tour is so good.tyweed wrote:These are the best boots from 2000, imo:matt reeder wrote:This is close to mine. I've told this story before, but my friend decided a few minutes after leaving for this show that he wanted to run back home and get a heavier jacket, and when we got back to his house, there were the tickets laying in the driveway. I get sick to my stomach just thinking about it.matt reeder wrote:You just reminded me too that I was supposed to go to the St. Louis show that tour and my ride fell through. Ugh.

You just reminded me that I should have included Pittsburgh. So my list would be:Wendy Carlos's Twin wrote:My Top 5:Fuzzcharger wrote:Is there a general consensus on this board for the top 5 shows of the 2000 tour? Aside from those man/ape stamps of approval.

I don't think wembley is very good.Kevin Davis wrote:Are there any bad 2000 shows? Like, just total turkeys? I remember some of the Euro shows being a little rough, while they were still getting warmed up
London I, Katowice I, and San Sebastian are all pretty rough. That Bellingham show they put out as a vault release is a pretty big dud, too.Kalevi wrote:I don't think wembley is very good.Kevin Davis wrote:Are there any bad 2000 shows? Like, just total turkeys? Totally. In the break between "Last Kiss," and "Smile," Stone and Jeff go to switch instruments. Stone had been having gear troubles all night and yells, in his characteristic self-parodying fashion, "Nuthin's workin' for me, man!!" Love that.WtOB? wrote:they fuck up heaps the next night in san sebastian too. pretty funny boot.
