 damn skippy.

Been having some weird foot pain so haven't been able to run at all for over three months. Went to the doctor, got some inserts, let's see how this works.

Possibly the best run of my life tonight. I was in another place. A runners high is pretty dope.

So I figured out my route is like 6km. I ran it in like 32 minutes today. For me this was my best run of the year yet. I was sober, and I made it the furthest without a break. No pain after either. I feel like I am on another level this year. I know this is not super impressive to some of the hardcore dudes here, but I am feeling great.

I had two personal best days in a row but not today. Although I experimented with my pace at the beginning but luck was against me. The wind wore me down but more than anything a bit of chain smoking caught up with me. The shame. Nonetheless, it was a good 6km but I was not in the zone.

A stiff downwind is the worst.

Getting close 8-minute miles. That's good by most standards, dude.

That'll put you in the top quarter at most 5 and 10Ks.

6km in 32 minutes again. I can live with it but I really wanted to get it down to 29 minutes.

7:10 is a normal mile pace for me at that distance.

I don't believe you and believe I could take you in a race. Actually time yourself next time.
