You could tell too. Yes, they'll be fine. Defensively they will be an absolute beast once they get a little more experience.
Not to mention Deng and Butler played a combined 5 minutes in the second quarter (Deng=0 minutes). They were outscored 37-18 in that quarter. Ball game.

Mentioned that earlier, but it was certainly not a coincidence.

Rose looks physically okay to me, he's just been bad. Very happy to see him make the winner on a tough shot in the clutch. As long as he has that confidence he will eventually round into form. The bigger issue with this team is the lack of floor spacing. They look even worse than last year and I'm worried about Dunleavey. His numbers were bound to regress to the mean after a really solid year for the Bucks last year, but I also feel like there is a decent chance he just crumbles under higher expectations playing an important role on a good team. I miss Kyle Korver. He would fit in so great on this team and we gave him away for nothing.

Blake Griffin.....dunking on the helpless three possessions in a row. Good golly... :shake:

There is some atrocious free throw shooting going on in the league.

It's one of the most basic or fundamental parts of the game.

These guys must not practice.

I'm never really impressed by that one trick pony. But that second one was kind of great. An over the head, over the shoulder pass that Griffin through down.

Other than that...meh.

It has much more to do with his punch able head and crybaby demeanor.

At least Turner didn't need to have his school grades fudged to get into college. ;)

That really seems like something he had to do out of necessity though. Derrick seems like a pretty nice guy, but he is a pretty dim bulb. He HAD to go to college for one year. I'm sure if he could have gone straight to the NBA out of high school he would have...

Westbrook looked good. I'm excited for OKC. Hopefully this is their year.

I worry about the Thunder's depth. Not a good sign when Derek Fisher is a viable offensive option. It's good to have Westbrook back though.
