Not really Twin Peaks news, but since I don't think we have a David Lynch thread, so here it goes: Lost Highway is getting a 4K Criterion release in October.

:heartbeat:

I spin all three Twin Peaks vinyl records that I have all the time. If you're able to pick them up, I highly recommend it.

I'm not a vinyl guy but I did go out for RSD to get The Return release.

I was listening to the Twin Peaks Archive when I surfed along and happened upon the link. I don't think the TP Archive was ever released in a lossless fashion.

I also throw on the other five releases fairly regularly.

Rewatching The Return after Oppenheimer makes part 8 hit a little harder

Because it's so much better and came out so many years before? I agree.

Oppenheimer missed out by cutting the “Got a light?” guy.

Rewatching Twin Peaks now. I’ve forgotten more about this show than I remember.

Yup! About 5 episodes into the first season now. Probably last watched it 11 years or so ago or more.

In Season 2 Episode 1, when Coop starts walking in the hospital after being shot, his gait is exactly like the way Dougie walks in The Return. It shook me as I watched it.

The Return is essentially perfect for many reasons including this.

That little kid dressed up like David Lynch in Season 2 is hilarious.
