Yeah that FI thing is absolutely ludicrous. It looks like a real nice package, and probably worth a couple hundred for sure. i don't know where they get $810 from. If they release that at a more sensible price without the autographs i'd consider it.
Repress Aenima while you're at it, goddammit!

I don’t see the big deal. It’s just like the VIP tickets. If people are willing to buy them, so be it. It’s art, not charity.

The VIP tickets seemed much more worth it when I did it. You seemed to get much more for the price.
Also FI is supposed to be available for general release on vinyl in April I read somewhere

FYI the street edition of this LP is going to retail ~$220
I like it, but there's something lacking from the original
Also - ordered the FI vinyl this morning

Ahhhhhh Danny - always the optimist.
According to the ever-optimistic drummer Danny Carey in an interview with Cleveland Scene, the band has some leftover ideas from the Fear Incoulum sessions that they're going to start working on. Carey also added that Fear Incoulum came together "really well," and that the new stuff won't take forever to complete.
It arrived - the Vinyl landed on my doorstep about 30 minutes ago!

Pretty cool. I read a comment that "Southbound Pachyderm" sounds kind of like a Tool riff, and I think I can get behind that. Must be that droning open A.
I'm actually relieved they aren't coming to St. Louis so I don't have to endure the stress of going to another concert anytime soon, or the FOMO of not going
