Johnny never existed. That's the twist, I bet.

I just saw that it was on there and I added it to my list. I'll probably watch it tonight. I used to think Johnny Gosh was an urban legend; a joke. I had no idea it was a real thing. Then I listened to this episode of the podcast Sword & Scale about Johnny Gosh and it was bonkers. No, dude, like FUCKING BANANAS. I had no idea there was surrounding this thing. No idea if this doc gets into all the political stuff and the underground sex rings and all of that. But man....

Watched Kill your friends.

I really liked it. It was like American Psycho but a lot better.

That doesn't make any sense to me.

But did any of that actually have any real evidence to back it up? I remember it basically just being a bunch of stuff that his mom said happened.

They're playing Re-Animator at one of the theaters around here later this year. :ohyeah!: Seeing it in a different theater a few years ago was one of my favorite experiences at the movies.

Check out the podcast episode. A lot of it sounds/feels (and probably is) just tinfoil hat conspiracy nut stuff. But there are credible sources too. The stuff that comes from Noreen is bonkers and not very believable. But a lot of the stuff from the investigators, politicians and lawyers involved in the Franklin allegations and in prosecuting Lawrence King is super credible and fascinating. And terrifying if true.

What's the gist of it? I'm not familiar with his story. Was it aliens?

It's basically the story of a missing kid. If you follow the conspiracy theory people it leads to a child sex ring that was orchestrated by super high profile politicians and welcomed even more high profile celebrity guests to their sex parties.
