Two rather loose stools to start the AM in between a glass of iced espresso. I'm not super happy with this, but it was Easter dinner and all. Maybe a little too much party.

Still, limited wiping required on the second dump, so I am grateful for that. And, now at work and the only thing I'm gonna need to do in the bathroom is pee later.

i didn't poop all weekend despite trying to maintain my daily routines.

hoping for a dam buster this morning.

You've gotta let loose (no pun intended) every now and again or else you'll go crazy.

I'm sure your poop will be back to normal in no time.

The fact that the second effort only required a few wipes was just enough positive reinforcement that I needed to get through the day and onto tomorrow's bathroom business.

I did read there are different levels of sedation to choose from so I will go with a low or moderate one
