Doug RR and Skitch will both be super proud of me. I've turned the corner on beers. No longer am I drinking exclusively Stella Artois and Blue Point Toasted Lager. This past year has been really big for me.

Yeah, I just came in this thread to say the same thing. It's by far the best since the first I had.

Had mine on 4/20. Probably the best beer I've ever had - definitely the best IPA.

New one is Enjoy By 5/16.

Not quite to the level of the Sierra Nevada, but pretty good.

I was just in SD last week, never saw that stuff... there's a lot of beer in San Diego.

The perfect companion to some dank weed I guess.

So last week I went to visit my buddy in Kalamazoo and behave like college students.

I ended up at 5 breweries (bells, Founders, arcadia, dark horse and Hopcat.) and 14 bars over 3 days. Didn't have a ton of remarkable stuff, although Greenbush Red Bud was a nice surprise. Also had a "Panter Cub" on tap at Founders.

Nope. It was good. But really it's just the maple barrel element that makes it different. Is was very good, but not earth shattering.
