So last night I got to go thru 300-400 comics to see if I wanted any of them. My wife’s cousin died last year and apparently he had a stash of mostly DC books from the late 60s to the mid 80s. I got probably 50 or so books. Found some nice O’Neil/Adams Batman issues. He had a bunch of Flash and Superman book, too. If they get into them, his kids are gonna have a great time with all those comics.

If you read on Kindle or Comixology, Amazon has a shit ton of trade paperbacks on sale for 99 cents. Good stuff too! Lots of Star Wars and recent Marvel stuff.

I'm more worried about what Bendis is going to do with Superman. The character is in the best place he's been in years and Bendis likes to blow stuff up.

The Bendis penned Superman preview for his Man of Steel series in DC Nation #0 read like an issue of the Pulse. A Superman story about the newspaper business. I'm past worried at this point.

Man Of Steel #1 ending up being pretty good.
