No weigh-in today cuz I stayed at my girlfriend's last night, kind of a different morning routine there. I had a decent lunch yesterday but cheated a bit on dinner. Back at it today.

She's skinny. She showed off her new bikini for the summer the other day.

Haha, no speedo but I do have a pretty tight and short bathing suit for super hot weather.

I think i'm going to quit exercising for a few weeks and see if I can put a few pounds on. I'm supposed to do a Memorial Day 5k, but at least right now I don't care much at all about how I do.

I just have no motivation to exercise so I might as well go all in and eat like crap.

I just don't think I can still eat decently well and add weight when I exercise. Just too many calories i'm burning and probably shouldn't have a 700 calorie milkshake everyday

I'm not rich like you.

I definitely understand the protein factor, but i'm also considering the lack of exercise I anticipate because I suck.

bro this is america

you can go to the grocery store and buy all sorts of cuts of meat for cheap

just get in a habit of grilling (or indoors, broiling) and live the american way

if it’s a ‘lesser’ cut then tenderizing and marinating are your friends
