it wont be for not trying
on an aside i see SC put up a lot of the posterized shots of players but i love seeing people get posterized. not because they got dunked on but because they went up and tried to defend the rim instead of just accepting their fate
i know its just pick up but a kid inbounded the ball to me lazily and a kid from the other team stole it and went in and dunked it. i asked the teammate why he just stood there and he was like, im not getting laughed at for getting dunked on
i said, this kid is going to be the NFL (and he was albeit for a short time and comma durden probably hates him). theres no shame getting dunked on by a 6'4 pro athlete

I would consider it a great honor to be dunked on by a future professional athlete.Peeps wrote:E.H. i made the same professional athlete fall down laughing at his high schools pg after faking him out. as close as i can say to anything like that
also played with a guy who was a former DB. 185lbs and maybe 184.4 of that was pure muscle. never got hit by someone so solid while taking a charge

I'm kind of surprised Stan Van Gundy lost a trade to Rivers. If I'm any GM dealing with Doc in a trade I'm asking for Austin just to fuck with him.

Doc's not the GM anymore though. Jerry West also plays a big role. Not sure Van Gundy is very good at that aspect of his job either.verb_to_trust wrote:I'm kind of surprised Stan Van Gundy lost a trade to Rivers. If I'm any GM dealing with Doc in a trade I'm asking for Austin just to fuck with him.

JiMVP had a good game tonight, so a loss to the Hawks is really like a win.
On another note it makes my heart Happy to see Taj playing so well. Could end up being a career year for him.

Re: NBA Thread
Taj has been very consistent and he’s far outplayed any expectation I had. The Wolves can’t seem to figure out how to win on the road against the East. They’re record against the Weat is excellent but they have been dreadful in East road games, even against the worst teams.
