My 19-year old covid positive kid has a blood clot in his leg and another in his lung and they hurt him alot 
he has to be on blood thinners for 4 months

So sorry, Knee Tunes. Sounds like he's in good hands. He probably doesn't want to laugh too much (if his lungs hurt) but finding ways to smile always helps.
