I was thinking this too. Maybe not overall IMHO, and I like the song a lot, but that opening bit of wah guitar sounds pretty cock rock.
Yeah, I can't think of a better example either. I really like the rest of the song, but the opening makes me cringe.

A lot of hate/dislike for AtW on here huh? I always thought it was a pretty uplifting song and, dare I say it, the closest thing to "classic Pearl Jam" that they've done in the past 15 years.
