As a Cards fan, that was probably the worst playoff series I've ever seen them (Cardinals) play. Gotta give credit to the Washington pitchers for making a sub-par batting team even worse

I actually heard some talking head on sports radio today say... "CC hasn't been the same since Milwaukee and the way they used him."

THAT WAS 11 BLOODY YEARS AGO!!! HE PITCHED 11 MORE YEARS IN THE BIG LEAGUES!!!!!!!!!!
5 straight years of 200+ innings pitched after leaving Milwaukee. An ERA in the 3's for 7 of those 11 years, says he was still the same pitcher.
and CC wanted the ball every 3 days. The Brewers didn't make him do that. I cant believe people still bring that up

I mean... there's a bit of difference in the handling of a 29-year-old veteran ace who's averaged more than 30 starts and 200 innings per year over the last decade with no injuries to speak of and a 23-year-old rookie phenom with a combined 160 IP over 2+ seasons as a professional and coming off of Tommy John surgery.

I appreciate all these Houston fans in Astros orange, because Marlins Man just blends into the crowd.
