I want the lost album too, maybe 6 months from now to make the casual fans happy. Let’s do that.

The *only* thing that will please you fuckers is if the band invites you into the mixing room and gives you a seat in front of the console. Seriously.

I don't want to sit in front of the console

I want to see them succeed without our expertise.

I already hate this album... Strong song titles against awful songs

Yeah I'd rather be on Mike's side

As I got close it turned and widened, the horizon now fading out
Oh drifting off in the undertow, can’t spot a figure on dry land
And afterthoughts of safety when in truth, none to be had
I used to tell time by my shadow, ‘til the thunderclouds, they took the stage
The days will end as do the light’s rays, another read of the same page
Wide awake through this deepest night, still waiting on the sun
As the hours seem to multiply, find a star and soldier on
Only then beneath the lion’s paw, knowing nothing can be tamed
Don’t hold me down
Don’t hold me down
Don’t hold me down
Don’t hold us down
Don’t hold me down
Share the light, don’t hold us down (x6)

Im going to go out on a limb here and say if River Cross isn’t the closer, it should be.
Those are great lyrics. Heartbreaking and also just simply and cleanly written (Eds best since Thumbing My Way I’d say). I hope it’s more than just organ. Would love a tasteful whole band version.

Seems like Matt was just reposting PearlJam Online’s pic, the tracklist is in no particular order

“ Thanks to social media shares it was possible to trace the titles of all twelve songs featured on Pearl Jam ‘s new album, which are the following, in no particular order:

Who Ever Said
Superblood Wolfmoon
Dance of the Clairvoyants
Quick Escape
Alright
Seven O’clock
Never Destination
Take The Long Way
Buckle Up
Comes Then Goes
Retrograde
River Cross”

Stone: Ten, VS
The Powerstruggle: Vitalogy, No Code
Ed: Binaural, Riot Act, S/T, BS, LB
Jeff: Gigaton

Which is very very logical, both Heaven/Hell and RNDM were awesome project. And he made the only interesting contributions on LB, writing the only good tracks on that album. And making Getaway a good song...

Yield could be considered a Jeff/Stone album. Vitalogy was all Ed
Isn’t “Yield” the most evenly balanced PJ album ever? As long as your name isn’t Jack Irons everyone got 3-4 songwriting credits...

Aren't 90 percent of the lyrics "Yeew Can't DenEyeye Muh!"? There's nothing else it could be named.

Maybe it's been renamed Dance of the clairvoyants as a tribute to those who knew... :?:

Odds that Take the Long way is just a cover of the Supertramp tune minus "home"in the title?
