Probably then a bad/missing shingle, or one that is out of its' place. Causing water to go where it shouldn't.

But what water? That's the headscratcher. It has not rained in a minute.

Ah, I misread. Is it near your AC unit's condensation drain pipe? Otherwise it just sounds like a weird spot of condensation dripping down. I'm gonna need a picture.

Yeah, I'll send a photo when I get home. It's front right side of the house relative to the back left side that the AC unit is located, FWIW.

FWIW Reid I have the exact same problem (though only when it's rainy) and was told by a roofer basically not to worry too much about it. Like someone else said, it's probably just a shingle that's out of place. But yeah, finding the source of the water is a good idea.

once our kitchen was done we had a painter/repair guy here to finish up some stuff a couple weeks ago..he did a great job and real nice guy..i had told him to tell the architect how much we would owe and i'd send him a check..no problem..he showed up at our door yesterday a bit upset that he hadn't been paid yet..he said he called and left me 2 messages a week ago..I never received a single call..anyway, the architect gave him my phone number and he was 1 number off so left messages to someone in nyc since thats where my phone number still is...i felt bad and so did he..i gave him an extra $50 and am booking him for another upcoming job

ok, i'll bite.

why didn't you just give him a check when he finished a couple of weeks ago instead of adding another layer with the architect and the mail?
