No matter where you fall in this debate, this should be the goal.

that's a lovely sentiment, but some people who fall "somewhere" in the debate hate my guts, and I don't want them to feel at home anywhere

I'm sorry I'm sorry OK!

my point was trying to be that someone who loves "The White Sox" should reconsider whether it really matters to them personally that someone else likes "Cabbage Leaf" as a name for their own gender

My posts in this thread have been consistently about proper grammar and born males having advantage in womens sports.

If there’s anything else, I admit nothing and I was hacked.

Today I got an email to run my annual background check as a volunteer coach.

The person who sent it has pronouns in the email signature.

“she/they”

FUCKING PICK ONE!
She made her choice. You just don't like it. Luckily, no one cares what you think.
She made *their choice.

Sorry, they made her choice.

Wait, she made her choice?

No … they made their choice. Got it.
You are right. This is strictly about grammar and not mocking at all

No, it’s pretty consistent with my first post about Larisha(sp?) Clarendon who is apparently a he playing in the WNBA.

I know that you know "born males" would be offensive to any trans woman, so your mea culpa is horseshit. Be less of a dick

Was Bruce Jenner born a male? Yes or no question. One word answer.

Also let’s be real clear: I am happy for Harmless and it’s great that you were able to find a comfort zone. I could never possibly put myself in your shoes or understand your challenges. You should have all the same rights as anyone else - this thread is about rights.

I’ve stated my opinion on other things that are tangentially related. But I’ve never decried anyone having equal rights.

But you go out of your way to refer to trans people in ways that you know would offend them, so your sincerely is a lie.

I think if you've paid attention at all, you'd know the answer is "no."

whether or not I was "born male" is not "tangentially related" to anyone but you and others who don't listen to us tell you who we are

my rights are not just about legal allocations; I have a fundamental right to be believed about my identity and the way my life has (and hasn't) been lived; if that isn't your number one priority in caring about our rights, then you don't care as much as you say you do

you say I deserve all the rights you have, so let's start there

if you say you are a man who was born a man, I believe you, that is your first "right" in this context; for me to say I was *not* born a man, but (wrongly and without my consent) assigned male at birth, that is MY first right

the "advantage in sports" conversation is a complex one, but it's one that someone who supports us will fall on one side of, given the evidence and experience that trans people have publicly been talking about for many years now; follow one or two of us, make a habit of listening to what we've been saying

the only question is "are you listening?" it is totally OK to be new at a conversation and enter it knowing very little; it is not OK to continually parrot talking points that ignore how advanced that conversation has become, and pretend that you have it all figured out; that is not curiosity, it's transphobia

Harmless, this is much more meaningful coming from you.

I support you living life as a woman, being recognized as she, and you should not be hassled for it.

Lia Thomas is bigger, stronger, and faster than her swimming competitors. We all know why. That one is not complex. IN MY OPINION.

The whole use of plural pronouns to describe a single person doesn’t make sense and never will. I seriously won’t be surprised when the day comes where I see “they/them/there” in an email signature and the person who attempts to correct them gets cancelled.
