Had my first physio session last night. Got me to do a bunch of leg movements and exercises which went fine, then he did some dry needling on my leg. Said he couldn't say for sure what the issue was. Told me to pretty much ditch the crutches, and I was on my way with a new found sence of confidence. Stopped off at the supermarket on my way home, and just after having paid for my stuff - my knee went out on me again, so I had to hop my way back to the car.

Father in law pissed because the grab ‘n’ go breakfast stand only has breakfast sandwiches/burritos. He just can’t understand why they don’t have a breakfast platter or plate of food.

One time I took my parents to a brunch spot around 10am. My dad got pissed at the waiter bc he had already eaten breakfast and they didn’t have any true lunch options.

Now my dad is going to get a beer from one place to bring down to where we’re eating a gem tho EVERY place here has signs saying “no alcohol beyond this point.”

I don’t think I’ve ever interacted with a Biff post, but I want to say that I love them. They almost always border on the mundane, but I also feel like they are the realest posts on this message board. Like a comfort food. Enjoy the pay rise, as the Brits call it.

after my dad died last september i was going through the basement and came across all of our old baseball cards..i packed a lot of them up and brought them home..going through them the last few weeks..tons from the mid 50s to early 70s..i came across one today from 1962 that for some reason reminded me of argo just looking at it...
