Re: How Are You Feeling?
I had a bit of a breakdown on Thursday when I looked at my schedule and felt paralyzingly overwhelmed by a seemingly endless barrage of deadlines and commitments, both professional and social, with zero breathing room. And it hit me like this terrible epiphany that I'd been working nonstop for 7 months with no end in sight. It was so weird, the whole thing seemed to be triggered by me asking out loud "when is it over?" As soon as I said those words it was like this nausea came rushing in. Felt like wanting to puke and wanting to cry at the same time. I'd never experienced that. My girlfriend helped me down and I spent much of the weekend canceling a bunch of shit. I am giving up large amounts of money and probably damaging professional relationships in the long term but I also desperately need a breather.

You’re only one person and you can’t do everything all at one time. Multitasking is not a real thing, and giving 110% is not a real thing.

Do you use it after you dry hump the body pillow you recommended in your first post, bot?jackoman wrote:Lately, I've been feeling pretty overwhelmed with all the deadlines at work. There's just so much to do, and it feels like there's never enough time to get everything done. I'm constantly juggling multiple projects and trying to stay on top of everything, but it's really starting to take a toll on me. The stress is getting to the point where it's hard to relax even when I'm not working.
One thing that's been helping me manage the stress a bit better is vaping. Whenever I start to feel too anxious or stressed out, I take a break and have a quick vape session. It's been a real lifesaver for me, helping me to calm down and clear my head. I highly recommend trying Crave Vape if you're looking for a way to unwind and de-stress.

I’ve been where Jorge is at. Vomiting due to the realization of how much work it will be to undo all the things you originally said yes to.
