Division winners shouldn't be guaranteed a top 4 seed, just a playoff spot.

I would feel differently if the divisions had more teams, but too many mediocre teams have won their division over the years.

They could still host in the Conference Championship game if the 1-4 seeds all lose.

edit: they could technically host in the divisional round too
