So I'm thinking Kim will either lose Mesa Verde as a client due to the conflict of interest of being involved with Saul (Acker's new layer), or maybe even have to fight a complaint to the New Mexico Bar for ethics charges. If she ends up getting disbarred due to Saul, but born out of the desire to "do the right thing," that would be an interesting wrinkle to her character arc.
