i can't remember the last time i had a tamale...i do have a vivid memory from my childhood of watching a segment on some pbs show in which they were showing how to make them

anybody had an elk burger? there's a place close to my work called the hunt club that has a lot of different game options...i've been a few times, but only had the bison burger

i have. it's fine. it's pretty lean, but tastes more gamey than bison. i wouldn't go out of my way to order it.
