An American man who was warned not to swim with the alligators learned his lesson the hard way.

Tommie Woodward, 28, arrived at the Orange County marina on Thursday night boasting of his plans to jump into the bayou. He ignored a sign which read "No swimming, alligators" and leapt in yelling "f... that alligator."

But he quickly wanted out after being immediately attacked by a massive reptile.

I really want the apocalypse to come. How stupid do you have to be to "think it is ok" to turn your back 6 yards away from a bison. Anything that is bigger than me, faster than me, or has sharper nails and teeth than me I don't actively seek out getting close to. I swear the whole "selfie revolution" is what is going to cripple humanity.
