But what a cool movie. Loved it.

Probably the PJ product with least Stone and Jeff in it.
I still haven’t watched this and this sure isn’t selling it to me.

I enjoyed it. High quality production, plenty of concert footage.

It's actually pretty great given that it's sports and PRAMG pearl jam.

Am I wrong for not giving two flying shits about baseball, or modern-day Pearl Jam?

If that’s wrong, I don’t want to be right.

Is the soundtrack any good? Tracklisting looks hella lame. Betterman, Alive and Jeremy? Give me a break.

They're all good versions, at least. I watched the movie with a few friends that used to love the band but haven't followed them in 10-20 years. The consensus was shock at how good the band sounded.

I had a random acquaintance from college who watched this on Amazon Prime and texted me how incredible they thought it was. I didn't even know that they even knew about the band.

I haven't seen the film. The album is a nice redux version of a modern PJ show -- the tics are all still there, but a lot of the other bugaboos (the flubbed rarities, the 20 minute dedications) are thankfully absent. The tracklist is pretty bland and none of the versions are definitive (except maybe "Black Red Yellow"), but for an album of 2016 Pearl Jam live material, you could do worse.

Seriously. Would it be so hard to make another doc about the creation of a record?
Making the doc doesn't seem like the part of this proposition they'd struggle with.

It’s definitely worth a watch. Clinch really ‘got’ them and the energy of a gig. Something they e never managed to capture in any other concert film in my opinion. The baseball aspect of it is fun and surprisingly enjoyable and I’m not a sports fan at all.

You all should watch it. You’ll be surprised

This doc is outstanding regardless of whether or not one is a Pearl Jam and/or baseball fan. I'd recommend it to anyone.

we don't need a Brendan O'Brien documentary
