I liked the Carol angle too. She seemed to be enjoying the homemaker life there.

I've gone from hate watching to genuinely enjoying the show since they got to Alexandria.

Welp, the standard "Do you know what my life was like before this? Do you know what I lost?" was met w/ a shrug. Just don't care anymore. Everyone has the same rap.

This show. I feel as if the creators take its audience to be half stupid. Okay so we'll move the narrative forward in a a few episodes and then we'll spend the vast majority watching the group get split up, inspecting houses, meeting other bad people -- anything the to throw the brakes on actually moving the story forward in any meaningful way.

I remember watching S3 for the first time thinking "Okay, The Governor, world's expanding. I mean, sure, there's still no endgame in sight -- or even hinted at -- but okay." And now it's very clear that there is no direction for this show.

This isn't The Sopranos or The Wire but you get the feeling that AMC, Chris Hardwick, and anyone else who actually buys into the melodramatic moments in a show about zombies really wants you to think that it's on that level. I mean, at least Z Nation is a fun show.

I admit, I hate this show frequently. That said, I thought that was the best episode ever.

That was not even close to the best episode ever. It was good, though.

If I didn't know what Negan does in the comics, I don't think I'd be as forgiving as I am of our crew's recent spate of cold-blooded murders.

This episode was a big let down after last week. Bring on Negan already.

Carol struggling to kill people makes zero sense after the shit she's done.
