I get this perspective, but I disagree with it. We were operating against a new and unknown virus and with any unknown opponent its better to be overly cautious and fight extra hard to live to feel silly afterwards than to lose and regret it forever.
The messaging has sucked though.

I'm team no one is serious about airborne transmission because I see hardly any N95s.
