guys..the scooters were blocking the sidewalks..he was just in need of help and high on something and quite mouthy..I dont think he had it in him to harm anyone..

Doug’s lived in both NYC and LA, team. Crawling with those types, sadly. You kinda get used to it.

My two faves from Chicago were the lady coming up from the subway with her pants down urinating on the escalator, and the guy screaming at me for reparations.

i am terrified of scooters though

I remember walking around the National Sculpture Garden in downtown DC a few years back when I worked in the city and this dude came up to me and screamed "aint nobody fuck with t-rex like I do!", then he made a b-line towards the Smithsonian. I never saw if he made it in.

My oldest stepson lives in midtown. He just texted us the other day saying some homeless dude randomly shoved him on Park Avenue. When asked if he was ok, he laughed and just said “yeah it happens to people every day here”.

the whole city life thing got old for me about a decade ago

There seems like a lot less crazies in Austin than a couple years ago. I assume they were all killed.

Didn’t Austin start enforcing a ban on camping anywhere a few years ago? Probably moved those tent towns out.

Yeah, it was very noticeable when I first move back here about 3 years ago, but they cleared out a lot of the encampments and they haven't been back.

You ever floss and get a gusher of blood in one spot? I think I hit a major artery.

once I got a waterpik I could never go back to flossing. I stopped using the waterpik after a couple weeks but I still never flossed

I own a waterpik but they seem very unsanitary.

I had one and it was simply ineffective.
