Yeah, I probably should have added him. I didn't think about it because the Bills aren't in horrible cap shape, but then again I added Cassel and Jackson even though the Chiefs are also fine under the cap.

Yeah, when i first heard about this stuff i thought it was just more raiders drama and thought he might be a nice pick up for the bucs, but this dude just seems to be on a downward spiral and needs to get himself straightened up

I really wanted him to fall to Miami in that draft.

this most recent arrest is pretty funny in how ridiculous the whole situation was.

he gets a tinted window citation (too dark or some shit). the cops give it to him to sign, and he puts his name down as "fuck y'all" so they charge him with giving a false name.

stupid... funny... sad b/c he clearly can't get out of his own way.

I think I heard they may be targeting Norv Turner as OC. That would be a good hire.

It's just so...meh. And if the rumor of a switch on the defense from a 4-3 to a 3-4 happens then they're really screwing up what was one of the strong points of this team.

My biggest fear is that now that he has the Browns job is that he doesn't post as much

Looks like Washington's savior is out for quite some time. It looks doubtful that he'll be ready before October, so I hope Captain Kirk is ready. I wonder if the team will scrap the read option and go to more traditional west coast offense with Cousins taking over? Even if RG can come back at 90%, I hope they take out some running plays and don't expose the guy so much. If not, I'm thinking he'll have a very, very short NFL career.

Yeah, I don't know why they didn't start doing that sooner. RG is a good pocket passer.

Totally. The guy can chunk it 60 years effortlessly. The read-option is neat, but RG won't be around long if we keep relying on him to run so much. Hopefully when he comes back the only running he'll do is when the pocket collapses. If he takes off then, cool, but all of these designed run plays are going to end the guy's career soon.

Can people even come back after tearing the same ACL twice? On top of tearing the LCL on the same knee? The future is all of a sudden very cloudy in DC.

I agree with you on the defensive front switch, but having suffered through the McDaniels period, I know that the sexy hire isn't always the best one.

Him and Zimmer were the hot coordinators last year and i was shocked neither got or took a job. I think Chudz is considered to have a real good offensive mind, and even though he was a TE coach, i think he is thought to be good with QBs so maybe they hope he can develop Weedon and build an offense around him. Might be a let down after Kelly went back to college and the rumors of Saban, but i think he will be a good hire

It's the defense more than anything. I don't want to sit through another draft where they waste time trying to find linebackers to fit a 3-4 (which they don't have now) instead of getting the one or two pieces to make this a really good defense. The foundation is there. I have a feeling they're going to screw it up in typical Browns fashion.
