Really excited about this. Just hope it's a good script. Wish they had Martin helping them.

I'm less excited about this than I am virtually every other SW project that we know about (Ep X, Rian's trilogy, The Mandalorian, TCW, etc). But I'm really curious to see what these dudes come up with. I am cautiously optimistic and hope to wowed.

For me it depends when. Rumor is "hundreds of years" before Skywalkers. But I would love the origins of the Jedi break, like Ajunta Pall or whatever his name is and when the dark side started.

Yes. I want Jedi tales and folklore explored and expanded. Absolutely would be head over for that stuff.

Kennedy said multiple times this last week that both theirs and Rians trilogy are being developed in tandem and their taking all these meetings with her together and there’s a ten year plan.
No idea which will come first or if they will be staggered releases but the word ‘tandem’ I also take to mean they’re both in the same era just doin Different things.

So it could take a while then.

The GOT lads and Rian are already writing. As far as I know one of them goes into production in October? Think it was making Star Wars reported the company name has been listed and studio space booked at Pinewood so it’ll be two years at the very least.
People also wondering would they shoot their films back to back/all in one go.
Not sure if that bit was a rumour or had any basis in truth.
