Oh, here's a Pearl Jam one. During the acoustic guitar intro to "Swallowed Whole", a very faint drum track can be heard in the background.
Here it is, edited for clarity
Sounds like it could be headphone bleed-through from a guide track or something like that.

On Ryan Adams and the Cardinals's "Sweet Illusions", the drums fall out of time for a few measures starting at around 0:46, before the first pre-chorus. You can hear how the drummer is dragging on the "but I'll dreeeam..." line.

Soundgarden - Flower. Matt Cameron hits a rim instead of the snare at 1:17. They/Jack Endino fixed it when remixing Ultramega OK in 2015. I think I read that Matt was aware of the mis-hit at the time but they were so jaded recording with Drew Canulette that he chose not to mention it - a case of "yeah that's fine...next!"

Here's one I just found:
At around 1:25 in Dusty Springfield's "Breakfast in Bed", the track that has the piano and Dusty's vocal seems to cut out for a moment.

Here's one that's always bothered me: there's a weird tape glitch right before the third guitar strum at the start of "London Calling". Something on the left channel sounds muffled

Ok, I have a couple of little ones like that. They're just, like, one second moments where the sound shifts from one side to the other. They're so small, but they still drive me nuts.
- "Big Bang Baby" by Stone Temple Pilots has the glitch at 2:28
- "M" by The Cure has the glitch at 2:22
